1, Tremendous Production Capability
As the main juniors and women’s knit garments manufacturer in China, we export over 1 million pcs every month to America market currently. In fact, we are having more capacity. Through shareholding and entrusted operation, more and more fabric and garment mills join our supply chain system. We are expanding our manufacture base to North West China, Vietnam and Cambodia to improve both production capability and price competitive edge.
2, Standardized Quality Management System
Wintop’s Quality assurance department built a standardized quality management system. All fibers, yarns, fabrics, trims, online garments and finished garments are all in quality control system. All the departments, teams, affiliations, mills are included in quality managements system. Every piece of garment has been checked online and every order must pass the internal AQL inspection before shipment. Any third party inspection request from client is welcome.

Our production system is a system that can maximize customer value. The system is not only a vertical integration of fiber, yarn, knit, dying, printing, cut and sew mills and a horizontal integration of shipping, domestic delivery service for lower the cost of juniors and women’s knit garments, but also a system that can find customers’ pain point and solve it better than expectation. Our system gives strong supports to customers’ design, sourcing, sample making, marketing which can help accounts cut their domestic overheads while improving end customer’s experience.
