  Foundation of Wintop Group
  Wintop Textile Co. is established to supply full functional fabric sourcing, development and production service. Wintop Info and Tech Co. is established to connect our business to Internet. Through 16 years’ development, Wintop has now become an enterprise group who is the primary juniors and women's knit garment manufacturer in China.
• 2013
  Fabric sourcing and development department established
  Novelty fabric is playing more important role in juniors and women’s garment business. We set up fabric sourcing and development department to supply strong support to our clients’ design and marketing efforts. That year our volume reaches 10 million pcs.
• 2011
  

  Moved to new headquarter building
  More and bigger office rooms, better conditions, convenient transportation, everyone likes it. Business recovered from 2008 recession, our sales volume reaches 8 million pcs that year.
• 2008
  

  Wintop USA Inc established
  2008 is a tough year. It was harder and harder to get more orders in China. We decided to build our America local sales and serve company to serve clients better. Since then Wintop has become a full package garments manufacturer who can supply sourcing, sample making, production, shipping and America domestic delivery service.
• 2006
  

  Wintop distribution center established
  As the business growing, more and more fabric, trim and cut and sewn mills were included in our production system. We set up the distribution center to examine all fabrics and trims before they were dispatched to mills, and re-inspect the garments from the mill before they were shipped, so we can control the quality while volume increase rapidly. That year our volume reached 6 million pcs annually.
• 2005
  

  Changshu Tongying Fashion Co., Ltd. established.
  It is an advanced cut and sewn garment factory with strong production capability. It has over 200 numbers of multi-skilled sewing workers, over 10 production lines, and a capacity to produce over 300,000 units monthly. Our volume reached 4 million pcs annually that year.
• 2003
  

  Wintop garment technology and sample center established
  To supply better service for clients’ design, sample making and production, we set up Wintop garment technology and sample center. The well-educated technicians and multi-skilled sewing workers were hired. We start making sales samples for clients, making patterns for cut and sew mills. Though the center had only 8 employees at the beginning, it proved to be an important step for our later success. Also that year, government reformed this company to a private company.
• 2001
  Production departments established
  Business was going bigger. We decided to be a manufacturer rather than a trade company. Functional production departments were set up. We started buying yarns, knitting fabric, cutting and sewing garments instead of just buying ready garments from mill. Our annual volume reached 2 million pcs that year.
• 1999
  

  Foundation of our company.
  We started as “Changshu Wintop Import and Export Co., Ltd.”. It’s a state-owned foreign trade company invested by Changshu Commercial Bureau. At that time, there is only 8 staffs. We exported about 1 million pcs of garments annually that year.
