The headquarter has over 150 staffs and is backed by strong teams like Marketing and Sales department , Merchandizer department, Sourcing and development department, Garment technology and sample making center, Production department, Shipping department, Quality management department, Financial department and Administration department.

Changshu Tongying Fashion Co., Ltd., invested by Wintop group is an advanced garment manufacturer with strong production capability. Its main products are juniors and women’s knit garments such as tops, bottoms, fleece, active wear, casual outerwear, dresses and more. It has over 200 numbers of multi-skilled sewing workers, over 10 production lines, and a capacity to produce over 300,000 units monthly. ERP System is implemented to save cost and improve productivity. 5S management system is implemented to keep goods clean and safe. The factory own innovatory design ability, strong process ability and nimble contingency ability due to their advanced equipment, complete set of facilities, excellent workers and staffs, exquisite technology, perfect rules and regulations as well as the strict management system. It has been certificated by WRAP, WCA and GSV and approved by Walmart, Kohl’s, Macys, Sears, Disney, Avenue, JC Penny, AGS, and Marks.
Wintop garment technology and sample center
Wintop garment technology and sample center have 20 excellent pattern makers, CAD engineers and more than 40 skilled sample garment sewing workers. They are all multi-skilled, self-disciplined, dedicated, reliable and responsible. We have all kinds of special sewing machines, different kind size of mannequins and multi interfaces to different garment CAD software. Our monthly capacity reaches over 300 new styles development and 3000 pcs of sample garments including fit sample, proto sample, sales sample, market sample, pre-production sample. Our goal is to supply strong support to clients' design, sample making and bulk production through our hard work.
Wintop Textile’s products are knit and woven fabrics. Through cross holding and entrusted operation, Wintop Textile operates or deeply cooperates with many local textile manufacturers and organizes them together to form a strong fabric development and production supply chain system.
As a subsidiary of Wintop group, Wintop textile has the responsibility to supply service of fabric sourcing, R&D, sample making and production for all Wintop garment business.
Wintop Textile has a special team for sourcing and developing new novelty fabrics for Wintop’s clients. We have multi sourcing channels to get novelty swatches. We also have the experience and professional ability to develop the novelty fabric ourselves, no matter it needs a special yarn, special machine, special process or combination. Novelty fabric is playing more important role in juniors and women’s garment business. Wintop Textile is investing more to give strong supply to Wintop’s clients.
